How to set or reset your Learning Site password

I want to reset my Learning Site password

Resetting your password for the Learning Site is possible. However, some organisations have firewalls (security processes) that can cause some issues. If you think this affects you or you are having any other difficulties with resetting your password, get in touch with us via email so we can assist you: learning@hpsnz.org.nz.

How to reset my Learning Site password

1. Go to https://learning.hpsnz.org.nz then click on the 'Forgot / set your password?' link.
2. Enter your email address in the text bar, and click 'Email link'. After a few minutes, you should receive an email to your registered email address. (We suggest checking your junk folder if you do not receive an email to reset your password.)
3. Inside the email you've received, click the link.
4. The link opens a webpage that asks you to enter and confirm a new password. Follow these prompts to complete the password reset process.
5. You can now log-in using your email address and your new password.

Expiration of links

The password reset link you receive via email expires after 7 days. If you do not reset your password before this link expires, you will need to repeat steps 1-5 above.
